when I was just a teen I saw pastor Leon at a
christian praise and worship and had always
kept the song Flesh of my Flesh in the back
of my mind, it has just been recently that I looked on the
internet to see if Pastor Leon
was still around and to my surprise he has his own site, WOO HOO
Praise God, he touched
me when I was a teen and hope that he has touched others the way

I saw you last week(25 Jan)at the "Get Motivated!" Seminar...I
shook your hand after the first song and told you I saw you last
in 1983!...Wow!...It was at "Celebration '83" in Dallas, Texas. I
bought "Dance Children Dance" when it first came out on vinyl. So
it was a suprise to hear you live again!
Thank you for
letting God lead you to lead others in a way that builds his
kingdom. The reason for my writing you is because I have some very
fond memories of hearing an album of your from the early 80's. My
brother would play it all the time. I can remeber one particular
song called "He Is Coming Soon". What is the name of this album
and is there a way to get it again. It would be a great addition
to my collection and my brother's too.
Leon, I hope you
will release many more of your older titles through your ministry,
titles like "Love Around The World", "A Funny Thing Happened",
"Brand New" & "On The Way Up". You are one of my favorite artists
& I saw you in concert a few times many years ago in Columbus Ohio

I was
glad when I visited your site. I was listening to "Star of the
Morning" (which tells you how old I am and how long I have been
listening to Leon) and I wondered, what ever happened to him? I
had heard rumors that Leon had backslidden and was recording
secular music. Obviously, they were wrong. God bless you Leon. I
was in a singing group called the Potter's Clay and we sang "Star
of the Morning" in our repetoire.

Mr. Leon, yesterday I had an extremely enlightening experience in
the city by the bay which included a mezmerizing experience at the
the church/mission of San Rafael the archangel. I can only compare
it with an experience that occured some 30 years ago in the hills
of Griffith Park,near the observatory,and Greek Theatre in L.A.
The highlight being the hearing,feeling and "chills" of hearing
the words in "Practice What You Preach",(Starting from today, I'll
seek only my Lords way!!), thank you and Carlos for paving the way
of inspiration for Me,so that real soon now,I will begin my own

I am listening to "I'll Never Stop Loving You" on vinyl with
static, skips, and everything :o) Your ministry touched my life
during my college days in the early 80's. I was active in the
B.S.U. (Baptist Student Union) at the Univ. of Texas @ Arlington
and a friend introduced your music to me. I still have three of
your albums (all on wax)!!
Thank you for touching lives through the generations and remaining

I went to one of your concerts at Silver Dollar City in the
parking lot when I was in High School and it still is my favorite
concert I have ever been too. I have been to many concerts even
now and none of em have ever topped it yet. It was very uplifting
and fun and wished that night would of never ended.

About 20 years ago
you played a concert at Concordia Lutheran College in Austin, Tex.
It was in January. freezing cold and the gym was not heated. But
we were so jam-packed into that place we made our own heat. Your
synthesizer or whatever would not work so you said you would just
have to let the Lord do the job. Anyway, to make a long story
short, it was the most ANNOINTED concert I have ever attended
before or sense. I still get chill bumps when I remember it!
I waited for you to tour Texas again but did not remember seeing
any advertising for it.
So good to know you are still doing your Jesus thing!! And I will
look for your CDs now because I still love your music.

first day i bought my cassette of your music (dance children
dance) that was back in 1987 1 week after my baptizing i can't
tell you how many times i played that tape over and over again and
now its eighteens years later and i sill have it plus i also got a

Hi, thought I'd write
in your guest book to let you know I've really been blessed by
your ministry during the last 25 years or so. Going back to
Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa days of the concerts to a more recent
years at raging waters. Haven't seen you since then, but have been
corresponding with Renee off and on regarding the cruise coming up
in 2006. She is really a blessing. Our pastor Jimmy Kempner is in
Vegas every week doing an entertainment ministry. We've been and
its neat to see what God is doing there. Would've liked to visit
you guys there, but at the time didn't know you were there. May
God continue to bless your ministry and all the people behind the
scenes. Hope to see you when you are in the Long Beach, CA area.
Heard about a health and wellness one but haven't gotten anymore
